Scrimmed Team Consortium last night and may have found a hacker. I personally think there is no question that he hacks. The shots he makes are a pretty much all BS and you can clearly see him move his dot straight up and down to get headshots.
To top it off, the rest of team is very mediocre and we rolled them hard with a clusterfudge of players and no demo. Also we had Virulent so we were at a clear disadvantage there.
Anyway, for optimum lulz download the demo and spec the red sniper. For fierce healing, spec the blue medic. To see Virulent get dominated time and time again, spec blue sniper.

You can't decide if someone hacks by a demo YOU took. You need to see one recording by the person HIMSELF.
With lag delay, you're going to see headshots where he's 2 feet away from the guy's head, where on his you'll see it right by his head.
I still like all the reasons people think he hacks. Because he's good? Wow, I can snipe him occasionally in a fair 1 on 1 where we both know positions on each other, and Virulent sniped him plenty of times.
Ask Bt, when we scrimmed them Branjon beat him half the time they met.
The BS headshots are only one indicator of his hacking. More proof can be seen in his movement, his tracking, his overall poor sniper skills (tactics, movement), and the poor quality of the rest of his team.
I don't understand how the quality of a team can determine if one player is hacking..
So a brand new team that's just getting used to working together means he's hacking because we're not top players? Well sorry, your standards are a little high. Snipers don't have to work with the team really, except for shouting stuff out. Thus, in a new team of course the sniper is going to be a LOT better since he doesn't have to rely on people as much.
Yes, no matter what he's going to be better. But that's just because he's good. I don't understand you fools, have you ever seen a real, 100%, guaranteed, confirmed, absolute hacking sniper? He DOES NOT miss. He hits every shot, he'll go from the left side of the map to the right hitting every shot within a matter of seconds.
That's pathetic on everyone else's part then. Not wanting to play because someone is too good for them?
My point is: What does he have to do to make you guys believe him that he's legit? He's uploaded demos before, he has played with Bad Apple, he has played with CMN3, etc.
I thought Branjon was just as good to be honest, so what is the difference between those two?
You were playing a team who just made basically a full roster change, had never played Fastlane together, had 2-3 people who had never played Fastlane, etc. Now how about you answer my questions?
black isn't a team.. a bunch of people just with the name, DJ didn't have a mic (also, yesterday was his first time playing in a while i think), we had virulent snipeing.. well that explains itself, ruffian was sniper/scout.. only real people were me/black/clowns
Edit- At the last 2ish rounds, it was only really black/me because clowns hasn't soldiered for 2-3ish weeks.
So, basically, it was 4v6 if you combine everything
xHavok, I did see BJ snipe against him but they're right...he could be toggling. He plays sniper like a scout. There's no way any of us can tell for certain without LANing with the guy, so pointless thread imo...
If you watch the demo, he will quick scope and hit a soldier in the face. Of course, the soldier won't die. Then he'll zoom in again right after, and miss.
Toggling that fast, highly unlikely.
I would believe you if someone made some shots, killed people, etc. Then he went on a spree of missing, etc. But to toggle between 2 shots on 1 person is highly unlikely, if even possible.
do you think toggling is opening a window, then disabling it, then hitting apply? i'm pretty sure any good toggle hack has it bound to a key you can edit..
i havent played against him yet. but i have been in spectator with yaug and a couple of others during 3 separate scrims and this guy is pretty suspicious. there is a very good chance that he is toggling. he comes around walls and knows exactly where to look and usually kills the medic with a rediculous air shot every time. i dont know any sniper in this game that consistantly can come around a corner like that and just kill the medic every time while the medic is jumping and running all around. this guy was making too many bs shots and imo is suspicious.
It's weird because all these "godly" things, are shots Virulent made on me. I would come around a corner and get shot in the face. Did I accuse him of anything? Nope. Could it possibly be us telling him where people are, and then he tries to shoot them?
Also, what are these ridiculous air shots? Air shots are easy for snipers. I can hit airshots, and I'm a pretty bad sniper as far as competitive TF2 goes.
Also, the tally on Branjon vs. Ezell was 3:1.
I don't know about you, but if I had a hack program that could not be detected by anyone or anything, and only speculations could be made, I would NEVER let myself do that bad against another sniper. NEVER.

You're accusing him because you've never heard of him. If Reptile came out of the blue and just started playing TF2 competitively and destroying people with airshots, you'd accuse him as well.
That's what he did. He came out of no where and was good. But he's played a LOT of sniper. Believe it or not, sniper is one of the few classes that playing in a pub is better practice sometimes. Work on using lag delay and twitch shots on a 24/7 instant respawn 2Fort server and you'll be golden after numerous hours of mastering these techniques.
Sniper + unheard of previously = Automatic hacking accusations.
You wouldn't accuse a soldier like reptile of hacking by airshotting because not many people know of projectile prediction hacks. I don't know if they exist, but you just used the worst hacking accusation class possible because airshotting is about predicting movement, where aimbot is instant aim for hitscan weapons.
Just call a dispute when he plays in a match, unless he sucks which means he turned it off. If he plays in a match and owns and the anti cheat client doesn't find anything, that means he doesn't hack or has a bypass.

Alrighty, I figured it would come out sooner or later.... You guys have caught me, I should quit life right now and never ever again show me vile face here nor anywhere else. I am pretty much the best hacker anywhere.
But with the sarcasm aside, I figured we could discuss this, and maybe I could try to convince you that I am actually decent at sniper... and I also want to let you know right now I am by far not the best sniper anywhere, so before you go calling hacks, lies and deciet I hope you get the opportunity to snipe agianst Jh, Makaveli, (Pre-Break) Pangu, and even a few non big name guys like Ea$y, Turbo X and a select few others that honestly make my life as a sniper a living heck.
But you make some very good arguments backing up that I am hacking. First off you make a great point about me not being in a competitive environment with 3rd party anti cheat software. This is a great argument except the fact that I currently play in CEVO-A Central division with CMN3 files required for every single match. And geuss what? I still have my CMN3 files and I will happily share them with whomever would like them so they can look and see, wow no odd processes, all the forced screenshots are clean, no applications except maybe for HL2.exe, and nothing that would ever implicate me as a hacker. I am not saying this is 100% definitively proof that someone isn't hacking, but given the current views of anti-cheat software i would say CEVO's is right up there as #1 hands down.
Secondly you make some great arguments about me having my crosshair off of the player model when I take a shot. Now even recording a demo of ones self you will still see this. Don't believe me? Still think that the best snipers there are have their dot exactly on the head of every enemy they shoot in a demo they record?
