Season 8 gets started early tonight as we kick things off on de_inferno. Ten teams get set to compete with some of the best teams in North America. X3O, formerlly Turmoil, will defend their title against 5 returning teams from last season and four new additions from the placement event.

The defending champions, X3O, will go up against the newly formed Darkside and begin their quest to another #1 placing. Recently Darkside picked up Lim and Ph0bius from eMazing Gaming and will look to capitalize quick in the season with a win tonight. Mug N' Mouse made it to finals last season and also wants payback at another chance to win $5,000.
