Call Of Duty: We Aren't Sponsored acquire Brett

WAS fill out their roster with one of CoD's finest.
The team formerly known as Nexus is an interesting spectacle to behold in CEVO’s Amateur division. Ranking near the top of the standings as one of two undefeated clubs, their closest game so far was a 14-10 win that they scored while playing a man down against the third ranked team. With the gap between them and the rest of CEVO-A being what it is, We Aren’t Sponsored are as close to a lock as possible for the s2 championship. Looking to take their game up a level, WAS registered for the NVISION GeForce LAN in California. Amateur status aside, they looked to be the favorites heading in. That was, of course, until they were abandoned by Preston “Juv3niLe” Dornon only days before the event. The team picked up Cody “cubed” Thaw to ring at the last minute and proceeded to take first at the event anyhow.

It was understood that cubed would only be joining the roster for that event, however, and so WAS were in a scramble to find a fifth capable of starting for their roster and simultaneously willing to compete in the Amateur division. Their break came in the way of the slow deterioration of LFS which finally culminated in several talented players being on the market. Among them, Brett “brett” Aguirre-Crick was quick to join in on WAS practices and is now officially a member of their roster. From Looking For Sponsor to We Aren’t Sponsored, brett seems determined to pay server dues forever. He explains: “As the LFS problems kept building up, I decided that I couldn’t wait any longer for things to fall into place, and decided to start looking for a new team. When Juvey quit for EG, WAS was a man down, and offered me the spot. I’m happy to be a part of the WAS team, and hope to bring the W's. Ya heard.”

With a well rounded five man core, a recent LAN victory under their belt, and the rest of CEVO-A at their mercy, WAS appear to be in good shape. Team leader Jesse “NRv” Daly comments: “After being placed in a really rough situation due to the selfish acts of Juvey prior to the NVISION GeForce LAN, we are really proud to announce the acquisition of the talented Brett “brett” Crick.  We used a great friend of the team in Cody “Cubed” Thaw to replace Juvey for the NVISION LAN and he was a perfect fit to get the job done and bring home the title.  Brett has played quite a bit with 47 in the past and is surely a perfect fit for the team.  We have seen almost instant success after bringing Brett aboard and cannot wait to see what the future holds for our team.” Keep an eye on WAS in the coming weeks for news regarding their new sponsor.

Roster:

 Jesse “NRv” Daly
 Zach “tm” Miller
 Chris “-47-!” Maglio
 Taylor “Taylor” Sheridan
 Brett “brett” Aguirre-Crick
